Sharepoint Developer

Description

This position will be responsible for the customizations and enhancements of SharePoint. We are using outofthebox features to meet basic collaboration needs. The lack of guidance and controls has slowed the adoption of SharePoint within the organization and has a support model that does not scale well. The consultant will be involved in creating automations that add value to SharePoint and the support model, as well as implement new security and governance policies. For example, they will create Nintex workflows that capture a site creation request and route it to the appropriate folks for approvals, then kick off a process that actually creates the site with predefined features and security controls. Other processes that implemented include the change of a site owner and requests for more storage. Technical Environment MOSS 2017, Nintex Work Flows, Nintex Reporting Size of group 4 35 Must haves for the position 1) Sr. level SharePoint development experience (Lead or Sole resource level) 2) Custom SharePoint development utilizing C#, with at least a solid year doing this with MOSS 2017 3) Experience automating the creation of sites in SP, currently has 1000 users and 2000 sites. When this project is complete expect that number to jump to 500010000 sites in 12 months. 4) Heavy Workflow creation experience 5) Ability to run the show and work independently. This person will be the SME on the team, so need to be comfortable leading white boarding sessions, design, and development.
