Required Skills Degree or equivalent in IT Minimum 5 years experience working in operations environments. Experience in banking and finance sector. Strong all around technical background in; Cisco networking LAN & WAN CCNP minimum Security infrastructure MSWindows Unix Management Systems VMware Experience with ITIL process MOW for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Configuration management tasks (Analysis, Execution). Knowledge of project management Logical with strong analytical skills Excellent Communication skills, clearly and precisely both verbally and in writing Excellent English language skills understanding and speaking with a very clear accent Must display drive, enthusiasm and attention to detail
