Key Resource Technical Skills Needed Analytic Data DesignData Architect 2+ years experience PreferredExperience with implementing data warehouses at large companiesExperience with Insurance or Financial Services business sectors is a plusExperience or knowledge of Insurance Information Warehouse (IIW) or Insurance Application Architecture (IAA) designKnowledge with Dimensional modeling based on Kimble conceptsPrior experience as DB Administrator or Physical data modeling on DB2Strategic Consulting experience Led or managed multiyear data warehouse projectExperience with major Business Intelligence (BI) tools and Extract Transform and Load (ETL) tools (Business Objects and Informatica Preferred)Understands concepts and how to implement data quality techniquesUnderstands concepts and how to implement metadata techniquesExperience with ER Studio Preferred and desiredWell versed with SQL (DB2)Experience with DB2 DPF or DB2 MPPExperience with presenting at Executive or C level
