Duties Defines complex information systems solutions to address business needs. Projects are large in scope, typically crossfunctional and technically difficult to solve, often involving combinations of platforms and technology. Provides comprehensive consultation to business unit and IT management at the highest technical level on all phases of the project development cycle. Analyzes business requirements and defines information systems solutions to address complex business needs. Prepares business requirements reports, feasibility studies, and cost justification statements. Consults with client management on approaches to address business needs or opportunities. Provides linkage and continuity to business units, development, operations and technical support groups in the testing and implementation of recommendations. Acts as an expert technical resource to client and development management and staff in all phases of the development and implementation process. Highly accountable for the effectiveness, quality and timeliness of project design decisions and how easily these designs can be implemented.SkillsExtensive experience with MindJet MindManager as a tool to elicit business requirements.Extensive experience with iterative and agile development methodologies.Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
