Project Manager

Description

Manages/directs the activities and people associated with small to large scale projects with a focus on any or several nonIT business applications and disciplines. Manage/direct all facets of single or multiple, multidimensional, missioncritical projects through the Full Project Life Cycle. Collaborate/work with project sponsors, business units and users to identify project scope and focus, develop or monitor project initiatives, implement project requirements/plans/processes/tools, assign/guide/monitor project staff, and assure project success. Deliver quality project solutions to business problems or issues within defined budgets and/or timelines. Provide expert project guidance/support proactively through project completion. Provide tracking, reporting, and presentation to management and users. 16 years experience Candidate must have training and project management experience. Regulatory compliance experience nice to have. Assists with conducting training risk/needs assessment and developing training strategy and programs. Designs and develops training materials. Project manages the creation and delivery of training modules by outside vendors. Provides training as necessary. Develops mechanisms for tracking effectiveness of training. Coordinates and may lead other training functions to ensure consistency and continuity in training methodology and effectiveness. Benchmarks best practices for training. Updates OEC website as needed. Develops and implements ways to publicize OEC; Experience nice to have.
