US Citizens required App Dev for DoD related ProjectSkills Candidates must have current clearance (preferred) or have a background that is considered clearable and that they would be willing to go through an intensive clearance process (fullscope polygraph).Project Client is managing an Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work; conduct studies, analysis, testing and measuring; perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews; commissioning services; and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders.Need Client is seeking an Applications Developer /System Integrator to develop project based information systems (IS). This role requires a strong relational database developer to solve business and technical issues. The successful candidate will be responsible for recommending and integrating IS solutions according to both our client and our firm's standards. A broad technical overview (infrastructure, applications development, desk side support) to solve complex technical issues and educate the project stakeholders in IS functionality in an easily understood manner will be keys to your success. As such, good communication skills, both verbal and written, will be integral to completing your responsibilities. 10+ years of experience in IS development of strong relational databases (SQL server and .net programming) Proven results in systems applications integration and ability in providing detailed data analysis Working knowledge of Primavera (P6, Contract Manager) and MS SharePoint preferred Must have systems development experience with web programming languages such C#, VB, VB.Net, ASP, ASP.Net, and XML Proof of U.S. citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred. Must meet eligibility requirements to obtain a Top Secret/SCI with FullScope Polygraph security clearance.
