Description
Strong Working Knowledge of IBM DataStage 8.0 or 7.5 and Information Analyzer Development of Jobs with a broad knowledge of key stages Understanding of complex textual transformations Ability to join data where simple key linkage is not possible Experience with version upgrades and tuning Experience with the XML stage Understanding of Relational and Dimensional database structures Experience working with complex XML structures and manipulating the data with DataStage Working knowledge of SQL and Shell Scripting required. Experience with source/version control solutions and automated deployment tools preferred. Ability to work closely with business partners to determine data requirements Ability to perform as a major programming and analysis resource on a project team. Ability to transfer knowledge and mentor other developers Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with standard office software applications.
