Description
Experience 10+ years 1. Architect level experience/exposure [Define solutions/design modules, review code/document/other artifacts]2. Good communication skills. [This will be very important, being the primary contact between the client and the offshore teams].3. Hands on [Define tasks for offshore, delegate and consolidate/integrate the offshore deliverables etc.]4. Adequate exposure to technolgies like Spring Framework, Web Services, Web Service Frameworks, XML\XML Schema, XML Frameworks, Messaging and Messaging Frameworks, ESB, Web UI, Database concepts with basic knowledge of using the tools, writing basic SQL, stored procedures (for interfacing with DB developers)5. Adequate knowledge of patterns, good programming practices and tools (for managing builds, testing, code reviews etc.)
