Job Description Sr. Application Development Engineer will work with various FrontRange solution families to help build the SaaS product suite. Organize and help lead the development effort for the family products deployed into our SaaS platform. Will be working as part of a team with both product and development managers. Job ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop business applications on the Client SaaS platform Update and enhance existing business applications in accordance with customer and business demands. Develop and implement technical strategies and approaches that support diverse solutions Indentify and help prioritize and functional improvements in the core SaaS platform Technical Competence Core Skills Experience with functional analysis and architectural modeling methods, including business process and logical data modeling Experience with visual modeling tools, such as the Rational Suite Experience with different modeling methods, including OOA/D, UML, or IDEF Ability to translate business and customer needs into logical system requirements and supporting models Possession of excellent critical thinking and analysis skills in an enterprise environment Experience with Web services Possession of excellent oral, written communication, interpersonal skills Development Skills Experience in C#, ASP .NET, XSLT, XSL/XML based technologies Strong Object Oriented programming design & Development experience Strong hands on knowledge of MS SQL Server or Oracle Scalability, performance tuning, Profiling experience Strong Analytical and problem solving skills Experience in full life cycle of application development Demonstrated ability to be a key contributor on a team that successfully delivers products on time within the Desired Skills Experience with data warehouses, EAI solutions Experience creating technical documentation Application integration SaaS Application development or support
