QUALIFICATIONS Strong Biztalk Development skills with applied experience in automation of systems in a Mfg. environmentExpertise in the development of custom OPC adaptersExperience in designing standards and infrastructure at an enterprise level with applications from multiple vendors, working with outside vendors for product improvement strategies, monitoring industry ( such as Gartner, Trade shows, journals, internet sources) and providing recommendations on changes and familiarity with manufacturing controls standards.Core Programming/skill sets Applied knowledge of, Microsoft Project/Visio, Microsoft .Net (C#, VB, ASP.NET), Microsoft SQL Server SQL Queries, Stored procedures, Query Optimization, SSRS, SSIS, Biztalk Server Development, custom OPC Adapter development, legacy C/C++. Experience in analysis, design and development of systems for manufacturing environments.Experience with commercial relational database report writers.Experience in testing and deploying a complex application with interfaces to other applications at an enterprise level. Midrange administrative experience on Microsoft. Desktop and server operating system.Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex multivendor applications and systems.Good interpersonal skills. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and participate in the analysis, development and delivery of data management tools and PCSMonitor changes in the manufacturing applications industry and bring recommendations for opportunities in the identified areas.Facilitate consistent and effective implementation of products across all HTI facilities.Improve consistency and integration between current and future PCS.Provide project leadership for manufacturing systems, internal product improvements, and upgrades and revisions to enterprise products and related tools.Provide custom reporting and SQL queries for existing and new data sources.Provide central focus for advanced troubleshooting support for manufacturing tech staff.Periodically archive and reorganize application information and the associated data sources for added performance.Responsible for supporting one or more manufacturing/PCS systems in order to provide the best quality, service and product to our customers.Act as a business analyst; develop expertise in HTI business areas.
