Description
Bank of America's Global Portfolio Strategies (GPS) team is looking for an experienced Spotfire designer/developer to build Spotfire Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and templates. This is a ≈ 6 months contract position. The developer will use Spotfire as the primary tool to build customized and highly interactive templates for use in managerial meetings and static/dynamic/online web presentations. The developer will extract data from multiple sources, format and normalize to Spotfire data standards. The developer must be experienced with manipulating large datasets from multiple sources including Oracle, SAS, S+, R, SQL server, and Data Warehouse/TeraData Required Skills Minimum 5 years experience in Spotfire programming, preferably in a financial institution. Extensive hands on knowledge of TIBCO Spotfire S+ Data Miner, SP Server, Clinical Graphics, S+FinMetrics, Enterprise DecisionMaking with Predictive Analytics. Extensive knowledge in MS office application especially Excel, Access, and VB. Extensive handson experience in database/SQL programming. Desired Skills Econometric / Banking/ Risk experience SAS Matlab C++
