Must have BOTH Oracle pieces and JAVA experienceRequires Technical Lead experience Position does not require hands on development but need someone with that background to lead highly technical processes and people Will direct the development team to ensure they are hitting their deliverables on time and with good technical quality.Will lead code reviews, ensure appropriate testing is occurring, etcWill help development team work through technical issues and things they may be stuck onWill work with business analyst and PM in Wilsonville, OR as well as Architect and Direct reporting manager in Rochester NY to determine appropriate project direction and then lead the development team in Wilsonville, OR to implement that direction.Wont be needed to do handson development on a daily basis, but previous handson experience in the technologies is important in order to direct and help the development teamExcellent communication skills, both verbal and email Independent worker since the direct reporting manager will be in Rochester versus Wilsonville.There are currently 3 different projects of varying technologies going on that would need to be supported by this resource Technologies Oracle ERP Applications experience specifically Ecommerce, Oracle Order Management (OM) and Oracle Financials Must have Java experience PCI experience a big plus as one of the projects is associated with PCI
