Description
The Load and Performance Tester must have experience using the Test Tool, Rational Performance Tester, and other Performance Tools to measure Response Time, Stress and Load on the System; throughput, and number of transactions processed. Ability to manage and prepare data for Performance Testing is a must. The Performance Tester must also know how to create Performance Test Plan Strategy documents, create Test Cases and Test Scripts, execute Performance Tests, and analyze the test results Excellent written and verbal communication skills required, as well as excellent analysis skills for analyzing results of Performance Tests. Must also have at least three years of experience creating and executing Test Cases and Test Scripts, and creating Defects. SQL experience is a must; and JCL and Claims Processing/Healthcare experience is desired, but not required. Testers must be experienced using Requirements and preferably using Use Cases as well. Must be able to coordinate efforts with other workstreams, e.g. Architecture, Development, Infrastructure, and System and UAT Teams.
