Position Description For All Weather in Sacramento, CA, looking for a team of Java Developers. These can be contracts for contract to hire; Candidates. MUST have good communication skills and must meet all the required skills below.Requirements Minimum two years Java 5 development experienceMinimum two years Swing development experienceExperience with multithreading, including interfacing with Swing RequiredExperience with socket programming requiredStrong object oriented design skills requiredExperience with distributed applications requiredAble to communicate effectively in a team environment requiredExperience with teambased version control and subversion RequiredExperience with Java 6 preferredMessage oriented middleware experience preferredSenior level experience preferredPerl/Shell scripting preferredExperience with Scrum and/or Agile SDLC preferredSun Java Certification Preferred
