Description
This is a Business Analyst/Test Coordinator role, not just a tester. This resource will oversee multiple testing projects/efforts and must be able to follow a project from requirements gathering through to testing.Must have a good understanding of software development lifecycles, the information required for each step of an SDLC, and how to document each step of an SDLC.Must be able to lead meetings, gather and document requirements, help translate requirements to design documents. Must also be able to develop a test strategy and test plan, create test cases from requirements, map those in a tool such as Quality Center, and monitor System Integration, User Acceptance testing. Must be a skilled facilitator with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a selfstarter who is able to run meetings and assess situations on their own. Must be able to take minimal direction and then go find the right people to make things happen. Required Strong leadership and facilitation exp/skills, test strategies and test plans for large projects, testing of packaged software/3rd party
