.NET Lead Developer

Description

Perform moderately complex product design/development, systems analysis and programming activities for customer facing web sites and enterprise business applications. The ideal candidate possesses a thorough understanding of C#, ASP.NET and related technologies; must be an adaptable selfstarter with excellent communication skills able to work collaboratively with other developers and business partners.Minimum Qualifications 7 years software development experience with the Microsoft .Net Framework 1 year experience with the .Net 3.5 Framework Demonstrated proficiency with C#, ASP.Net, ADO.NET, XML, ASP.NET Web Services / WCF, JavaScript Experience doing SQL Server Database development (schema design, stored procedures, triggers, user defined functions) Understanding of Object Oriented Development, Design Patterns and Test Driven Development Principles Experience building customer facing websites Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently. Selfstarter ability to work with minimal supervision Team Player ability to work collaboratively on complex activities Strong English verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with all employee levels Ability to work with confidential material Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience Experience with CSS Oracle PL/SQL Microsoft Enterprise Library Understanding of Entity Framework, LINQtoSQL or NHibernate Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services or Crystal Reports or other BI tools Understanding of agile methodologies SharePoint Experience with jQuery UML
