Job Description Experience supporting FileNet Imaging Knowledge and experience using UNIX/HPUX Experience with posix shell programming Experience with Perl programming Experience managing vendor relationships Experienced with service management activities such as problem management, change management, configuration items, knowledge items, release management Competent in the use of productivity tools such as Word, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Lotus Notes, etc. Experience with researching and evaluating technologies and tools to meet system design requirements Experience providing documentation of technical concepts Soft Skills Strong skills associated with problem analysis, communication, leadership, teamwork, and organization Ability to think strategically and assist team members in developing accurate solutions Ability to work both independently and with a team Promotes teamwork, effectiveness and interpersonal relationships by working with others Willingness to work both in Project and Service capacities Strong trouble shooting and problem solving capabilities Self Starter, self directed, can work independently Able to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences Team Player takes a collaborative approach, supports team decisions, keeps team informed Self directed learner, capable of learning technical topics Thrives working in a fast paced highly technical team environment Effectively navigates the Systems Department business partners for Imaging Service
