Description

7 + years IT and 5 + years Wintel with strong Windows Server 2003/2018, Windows Active Directory, VMWare ESX 3.x/4.x, Citrix, Windows Scripting knowledge (WSH, VBScript, etc.). Any Lotus Notes is a plus.Advanced knowledge and understanding of operating system hardware and software, platform standard tools, utilities and perifpheral third party products.Advanced knowledge and understanding of server infrastructure and network connectivity to the platform.Ability to analyze users requirements and to provide input to help determine corporate computer hardware, software and configurationIn depth knowledge and understanding of server computing (hardware, software, peripherals and services) Knowledge and understanding of server communications and system software used to support applicationsAssist in standard setting and architectural solution design activities.Act as product champion for several products within field of expertise.General Skills and Experience Time management skills, team worker, problem solving skills, aptitude for working with numbers, strong written and verbal communication skills, decision making skills, leadership skills, risk management, presentation skills, and change management skills.
