ROLE Oracle 10g Performance Tuning DBA RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for maintenance, and performance tuning. Oracle Database Administrator having a range of skills and knowledge of the utilities and production tools used for data storage management to support the project.REQUIRED SKILLS Oracle 10g DBA having experience in supporting custom application development and minimum 8 yrs of Oracle DBA experience. Strong in database performance tuning, including SQL tuning. Expert level knowledge of PL/SQL coding skills. Should be capable of diagnosing problem with pl/sql code and suggest resolution. Well versed with regular database administration activities needed to support the application development team. Excellent knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control . Good understanding of Oracle 10g on RAC.PREFERRED SKILLS Experience in environment with .Net applications and Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services. Advanced security (Virtual Private Database). Advanced Queuing.
