Role Summary This position is in Web IT for the Single Sign On(SSO) team. The individual will be working with the Web IT staff and the SSO team to deliver Federated SSO solutions for the areas web based portals. This will include implementations where CUSTOMER may be either the Identity Provider and/or Service Provider. This individual will also be responsible for working with technical teams from external business partners to perform the Federated SSO setup. This position will require mentoring junior developers in Federated SSO technologies and designing and delivering Federated SSO designs for newly developed portals.Responsibilities Responds to business requests to add new Federated SSO partners both service providers and identity providers. Supports Federated SSO on all CUSTOMER Portal applications serviced by Web IT to ensure optimal reliability. Coordinates with internal and external CUSTOMER resources as necessary to isolate and troubleshoot the issue causing the service disruption or outage.Notifies the internal customer and management of the status of disruption and estimated time of completion if known. Maintains internal reports to track outages and assist with future problem resolution. Works with Application Teams to determine root cause and to implement permanent fix as soon as feasible. After hours support may be required depending on when disruption occurs and impact of the disruption. In addition after hours support will be required at times when implementing new partner setups.Qualifications Language Skillset JAVA, J2EE.
