Deployment / Configuration Engineer

Description

This person will be responsible for all IIS (Microsoft's InternetInformation Server) services in the organization. They will also have aprimary responsibility to act as a liaison between IS and IT for the purposeof deploying software builds. The IIS/Deployment Engineer will work closelywith development, QA and infrastructure teams in making daytoday designcalls, to ensure that deployments of all projects are occurring across testand production platforms in a timely and flawless manner. The IIS/DeploymentEngineer will also work with other engineers in an effort to automate andleverage the latest tools and techniques for Microsoftbased applicationdevelopment.Experience must include past configuration expertise on Microsoft Windows2000/2003, Visual Studio .NET, SQL Server 2000/2005, and SharePointenvironments.Microsoft IIS Server 5/6 ExpertiseAutomation of software deployment (CruiseControl, Hudson, etc.)Automated Scripting (Perl, NAnt, etc.)Build MSIs and InstallersHighavailability IntegrationsSQL Server 2000/2005Windows Server 2000/2003Visual Studio .NET Experience a plusMicrosoft SharePoint Experience a plus
