Description
System Development Evaluate logical views, data hierarchies and reporting structures, providing alternatives and recommendations based on best practices and application functionality. Manage request prioritization Develop and test minor system enhancements and coordinate the delivery of future major system enhancements with key vendor teams Adhere to production support processes, implementation change management procedures and SOX related processes in completing assignments. Maintain system and user documentation System Administration Install client software and server upgrades and patches Conduct performance monitoring and maintenance of the web/application server. Manage user access and maintain security policy. Provide ondemand support to Finance/Accounting by developing queries and reports to satisfy adhoc business questions and demands. Develop and maintain automated reporting solutions using Hyperion Planning /Essbase API calls with Standard Excel VBA scripts
