Flash Developers who have Flash, Actionscript 3/AS3, CSS, HTML, and JavaScript experience. Must be proactive with strong communication skills. Strong knowledge of the Web and its technologies, tools, vendors, and products 35 Years of Internet/Software industry experience Exposure to coding in all logical development tiers (frontend UI, middletier, database tier) Objectoriented development experience Experience with XML, SOAP, web services, DHTML, XSLT, and AJAX is a plus
