Description

Develops software as a direct contributor to a team, implementing specifications based on vision and scope provided by the Development Manager. Implements functional specifications on targeted platform and languages. Performs literate programming, using adequate commenting and documentation tools. Adopts industry standard and teamspecific coding practices. Provides reasonable estimates of time and materials required to complete vision and scope goals. Performs code and architectural reviews. Designs and implements unit tests. Skills Required 5 years minimum softwareengineering experience. 5 years working with .Net programming (C# strongly preferred). 3 years working with SQL (MSSQL strongly preferred). 3 years working with web services (WCF preferred). 3 years of design experience with objectoriented methodologies. Familiarity working with a sourcecontrol system such as CVS or Perforce. Familiarity with Agile development methodology preferred. Baccalaureate degree in computer science or equivalent experience. Flexibility to handle demands of a rapidly growing and changing workplace while working with a diverse group of people. Selfstarter who is detailed, thorough, organized, and has a proven ability to prioritize and scope work. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with versioncontrol software such as Perforce. Ability to work well either individually or in a team. Ability to analyze tasks and identify potential problems or architectural flaws. Ability to balance multiple tasks and selfprioritize for successful completion.
