Description
Primary Skills Hands on working experience and an expert for MS SQL Server 2005, and 2018 which includes SSRS, SSAS Hands on working experience upgrading from MS SQL Server 2000 to MS SQL Server 2005 and to MS SQL Server 2018Hands on working experience with Windows 2003 and 2018 Server and Windows Clustering Knowledge of database replication, log shipping, data mirroring Knowledge and experience of converting from DTS to SSIS Knowledge and experience using Sybase Power Designer to manage database models Perl scripting to maintain infrastructure scripts Ability to problem solve database issues while oncall 24x7 Knowledge of performance data collection, performance monitoring and performance improvement. Knowledge of backups and recovery, Security Administration, Database and Server Performance Monitoring and Tuning, and Capacity Planning. Working experience with Oracle, Sybase, and SQL Server strength should be in MS SQL Server and Oracle however need some experience with Sybase so they can help look into problems while providing oncall support.
