Java Agile Developer

We are a committed agile shop and were looking for partners who specialize in recruiting agile talent. We're looking for established Test driven developers in Java, who know and have experience with clean code concepts such as separation of concerns, dependency injection, continuous integration and single responsibility principle. Also with the high collaboration we also screen on fit in the company culture, we have screen out some resources who have very strong technical skills, but did not have the attitude to succeed in the group.We have a very regimented handson testing protocol around test driven development and other agile disciplines. I have no shortage of staffing vendors wanting to partner with us, however many of the staffing companies that we are currently dealing with have begun to give up because their people aren't making it through the process.
