Systems Engineer Analyst (TIBCO)

Description

Summary Participate in the replacement of existing CRM system with Salesforce.com product. Use TIBCO to develop integration between Salesforce.com and existing applications. Responsible for creating inbound/outbound integration between Salesforce.com and existing Java based applications. Ensure tasks conform to specifications and meet project timelines and budget. Use technical knowledge to mentor and coach teammates.Essential Functions Create Java Remote Delegate Services for existing Java based Sales applicationsCreate Web Services in TIBCO AMXBW to invoke Java Remote Delegate ServicesCreate Adapters in TIBCO to interface with DB2 tablesCreate Publishers using JMS/RVDevelop TIBCO AMX BW Processes that will subscribe to JMS/RV message and orchestrate servicesDevelop BW Processes that will keep Conway Sales data and Salesforce data in syncPerform complex technical troubleshooting and development with an understanding of database, network and system performance configuration and tuning techniques.QualificationsKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent in training and experience is required.7+ years of indepth experience in software development, B2B/A2A integration with a minimum of 5 years of recent hands on software development with TIBCO platform products.Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work effectively in dynamic environment.Must participate in a team environment.Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills.Solid experience with TIBCO middleware technologies Active Matrix Policy Manager, Performance Manager, Service Bus and Service Grid, Designer, BusinessWorks, EMS, ADBExperience with XML concepts, frameworks, and standards.Strong working knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and enterprise application integration.Indepth experience with TIBCO Architecture and infrastructureDemonstrated experience with J2EE, and Java developmentExtensive knowledge and expertise in Web services SOAP, HTTP, XML, WSDL, XSDShould possess thorough understanding and experience of Middleware concepts, and should have thorough understanding and experience in designing and building Web Services.Experience with TIBCO Salesforce BWPlugin is a plus.Experience with Websphere application server is a plusExperience working in Agile project environment.is a plusExperience with IBM RAD IDE is a plus.Strong knowledge of IT software development life cycle methodologies and processes.Ability to work independently with all levels of management (internal and external).An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
