QA Testers

Description

The work would involve using QTP to read an Excel spreadsheet, call some existing automation to pull a value out of an application, then run an SQL query against a table and validate the value out of the app matches the table. The data structure is fairly complex, so some SQL coding may be needed. The results will need to post back into Quality Center.The skills needed would be fairly advanced QTP/VBScript, Oracle SQL and integration of QTP with QC. This person needs to be onsite. The position will be a 6 month to a year engagement. They need someone with good coding skills (not just record/playback) and probably 35 years experience. Insurance knowledge helps, but it is not a big deal if they come from a different industry. I should have a second position opening soon for an automation engineer. This one is working within an existing automation framework with some sketchy test scenarios. The candidate will need to have good QTP experience, MS Access, and QC. This person would have to work closely with our QA staff to fill in the holes with the regression scenarios. I'm expecting a 3 month engagement starting asap.
