Lead Testing Coordinator (Quality Center)

Description

Lead all testing activities for multiple Smart Grid IT projects. Activities include Quality Center administration, understanding and entering project requirements into Quality Center, expertise in using QC for capturing test cases, defects management, as well as requirements mapping. This resource will be responsible for managing the testing process for projects, facilitating defects meetings for assigned projects, providing support to the business teams in managing test cases, as well as providing overall support and administration of the Quality Center tool for the Smart Grid IT and business teams. Skills Must have experience with Quality Center Must have good understanding of software development lifecycles. Must be able to lead meetings, gather and document requirements. Must also be able to develop a test strategy and test plan, create test cases from requirements, map those in Quality center, and monitor System, Integration, User Acceptance testing. Must be a skilled facilitator with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Must be a selfstarter who is able to run meetings and assess situations on their own. Must be able to take minimal direction and then go find the right people to make things happen.
