Flex Developers

Description

The Halo organization is looking for a software engineer with experience developing customer facing, Java based software applications. This position will be responsible for the design and implementation of the application software on Flex 3.0 deployed in the next generation of Halo products and services. R&D engineers are responsible for the design, development, maintenance, testing, and quality and performance assurance of system hardware or software products. They make changes to existing and new designs to correct errors in the original implementation and create extensions to add new features or performance improvements. Innovation is key in the design and development of major functional and performance enhancements. The engineer reviews requirements, specifications, and designs to assure product quality and will develop and implement plans and tests to ensure product quality and performance assurance. Education Bachelor's (undergraduate), Master's (graduate), or Ph.D. (post graduate) degree in a technical discipline (e.g. computer science, information technology, engineering, math, physics, etc.) Experience and knowledge Three or more years in the development of external customer products, with experience working the entire product development lifecycle from definition through support.
