SAP IS-U CCS Functional Analyst

Description

Must have at least 5 years experience with SAP ISU CCS Customer Service modules including at least 1 year of recent experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and ISU CCS Must have handson experience with the implementation and configuration of SAP CRM 7.0 and the web IC Client in a SAP ECC 6.0 utility environment. Must have detailed configuration experience and/or knowledge of the Lshaped CIC including opportunities for customization, workflows, and master data components and their relation to the lifecycle of the business partner. The contractor is expected to work with individuals from the SMUD CCS team to provide project and operational support involving the rollout of the Districts SMART meters and SMART Grid initiatives as well as assist with the planning and preparation for an SAP CRM 7.0 implementation. The contractor should be a seniorlevel SAP Functional Analyst experienced with troubleshooting ECC 6.0 ISU CCS functionality; specifically indepth experience with IMG configuration of customer. The contractor will document work processes, conduct workshops, evaluate new functionality, make recommendations for enhancements, develop technical specifications and perform unit/integration testing. The contractor should have recent experience configuring ECC 6.0 and should demonstrate a broad range of configuration knowledge related to SAP ISU CCS; including the impact on business processes.
