ResponsibilitiesThis person will focus on the adoption and end user support of IT tools within Marketing IT. Marketing IT is responsible for supporting the Transactional Applications and the Data Platform used by the Global Marketing community to execute their marketing activities. Project Responsibilities Plan support strategy for new or enhanced IT tools to support the Global Marketing community Develop and implement communications plans to keep the business community abreast of the developments happening in Marketing IT. Develop training strategy to make sure the business community has sufficient knowledge to best utilize the tools provided Implement training as required Implement self help as required On Going Responsibilities Develop end user education strategy for Marketing Transactional Application tools Manage the change process as the Marketing Transactional Applications and Marketing Processes evolve Provide communications support to Marketing IT Project teams Publish monthly status update to Business and IT leadership teams Publish Quarterly newsletters highlighting the progress and accomplishments of the Marketing IT team
