Job Functions or Responsibilities Support BOBJ applications Participate in performance analysis and tuning projects of the reporting infrastructure with the associated applications. Lead initiative to develop scripts and other programs for system monitoring and maintenance Provide training to first time BO users on how to use BO Required Skills Management of open BOBJ/Crystal Reports support tickets. Tracking of Critical BOBJ Crystal Reports patches. Architecture help with Software implementation. Troubleshooting expertise. Experience as BOE/Crystal Reports Systems administration Nice to have skills Communication skills to drive business and technical requirements Able to document business requirement
