SQL Server DBA

Description

CleaResult is a consulting company aligned with the utilities industry. They assist consumers with evaluating, auditing and implementing change as it relates to increasing energy efficiencies in their homes as well as lowering utilities cost. They are a private company with offices in TX and MI and have seen tremendous growth in business as initiatives and money around increasing energy efficiencies continue to be at the forefront of public policy. My client has partnered with a company in Atlanta that has created software that stores information related to energy audits, utilities historical data and energy efficiency standards. Our client has won a project to create a custom database and user interface that will interact with the 3rd party software to provide a portal for customers to apply for energy efficiency reviews and programs. Our client does not have the internal expertise to complete the development of the portal and custom database and is in need of a team of contractors to complete the work. Our client is currently seeking an experienced SQL DBA to design, customize and support the database in SQL Server 2018, but having prior SQL 2005 experience is fine. Qualified candidates must meet the following requirements 4+ years of experience as a SQL DBA with responsibilities including data mapping, data mirroring, data mining, diagramming, backup, database design, data architectingin a SQL Server 2005/2018 environmentExperience with reporting tools Crystal Reports or SSRSExperience as a lead or SR. DBA responsible for the design and development of a SQL Server database as it relates to a web services project Must be able to work more than 40 hoursMust possess strong communication, documentation and interpersonal skills.Proven experience working independent of supervisionDemonstrated experience working throughout the entire SDLC Interview Process Personal onsite interview with IT Director Misc. Details Must be able to work onsite full time, must be able to interview and start immediately. SQL DBA will be interfacing with remote team in Atlanta, GA so strong communication skills are key. Degree is highly preferred. Candidates must pass a criminal background check.
