Work related skills PeopleSoft v8.8 Human Capital Management application environment PeopleSoft HCM modules PeopleSoft Human Resources, Payroll, Base Benefits, and Training Administration, SQR, PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Component Interface, Workflow, Message Agent, Query/Crystal. Experience in a Oracle environment using SQL/PLSQL. Experience in a UNIX environment including script writing. Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 process flow for HCM. Complete understanding of the PeopleSoft 8.8 database. Ability to effectively decipher and comprehend both technical and business documentation. Ability to multitask and adjust to changing project schedules and priorities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Prior test automation experience using Rational Robot and/or Mercury QTP very helpful. Experience in performing testing on large, integrated systems. Excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience with Black Box and White Box testing. Ability to function as a QA lead, as well as, perform detailed testing and function independently. Proven ability at writing and documenting test plans and test scripts for large scale, complex crossfunctional projects. Experience using Mercury Quality Center for defect tracking.
