Qualifications Indepth experience with (expert level) Java 1.4, 1.5 & J2ee design patterns. Indepth experience with EJBs (entity beans, session beans and MDBs). Good expert level understanding and hands on experience with Struts framework (MVC architecture). Developing webservices using weblogic workshop 8.1 and 10.3. Good experience using the weblogic workshop IDE tool. Understanding of JAXRPC and JAXWS models. Experience writing ANT build scripts and managing wsdl endpoint managements. XML parsing knowledge. Experience with MQ series. Experience with webservice testing tools.(soapui tool). Experience writing complex oracle sql queries. Experience utilizing the source code repositories (like harvest). Experience in Spring framework and Hibernate is a plus. Java certification is a plus. Understanding of UML diagrams is a plus. Migration experience from weblogic 8 to weblogic 10.3. Experience writing Unix shell scripts and perl scripts is plus Responsibilities Development of Web Services in the Weblogic 10.3 and 8.1 environment for new projects as well as support of web services already in service for existing projects. Support for a project to migrate services from the Weblogic 8.1 environment to the 10.3 environment. Work with the UI developers on the team to implement and troubleshoot web service calls.
