Description The Enterprise and Data Warehouse Standards Support resource will be responsible for working with the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) Web Analyst and Enterprise Analyst tassist in enduser support for Enterprise Codes and EDW Standards.This resource will work with endusers testablish and maintain appropriate standards and assist in mapping business system data to corporate standards, as well as answering questions about codes and standards and the EDW Web tool.Essential Job Functions Run/Review/Distribute all code/mapping audit related reports and update audit documentation.Assist with code mapping entry, as needed.Update Enterprise Standards documentation and communicate changes with endusers.Answer questions from endusers.Ensure EDW standards are in sync with Enterprise billing system standards.Maintain training materials as standards, application, or product changes occur.Perform other miscellaneous duties, as assigned.Required Skills Excellent Excel skills required; SQL and database query skills preferred.Effective verbal and written communication skills.ICOMS and/or CSG Billing System Code Setup or other cable industry experience.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with endusers, most of whom are located remotely.Ability to apply critical thinking in a fastpaced multitasking environment.Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills required.Familiarity with SharePoint, Remedy, and/or RoboHelp a plus.
