Description
Pfizer is currently redesigning the clinical development trial master file process. The senior business analyst and manager will design a business metrics and reporting framework to measure the performance of the new business process post implementation and validate the original business case. A vendor analysis/selection will be conducted to select a technical platform to enable the measurement of the business process/scorecard. Strong project management skills are also required to plan the implementation of the solution, identify resources needs. Understanding of clinical trials (pretrial,during,post trial) process and documents created for regulatory submission preferred. Strong functional/business analysis skills a must. Ability to work with senior business clients in clinical development operations and regulatory. Other skills Process ReEngineering experience with regulatory submissions process lean six sigma background
