Understands and can demonstrate use of technology in designing, building and implementing web/database applications. Experienced in SOA implementations. Expert level in Oracle design and development of databases. Ability to tune databases. Additional experience in web development is a plus, especially Java. 6+ years experience in data modeling for large multitiered database solutions
