Key Experience should include Minimum of five years of Business Analysis experience Strong communication, organizational, prioritization and leadership skills Detailed orientated with strong analytical aptitude Intermediate to advanced skills in Process modeling (BPMN advantageous) Familiarity with Prototyping/mock ups Irise experience advantageous Workshop facilitation experience Experience in Use case development Experience in writing functional and user specifications Experience with formal development methodologies Experience with various business analysis elicitation/analysis technqiues Experience modeling business processes and data and capable of drafting logical data models Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint Must be able to lead group discussions and be comfortable eliciting requirements from geographically dispersed stakeholders Should feel comfortable and be adaptable in an environment with shifting priorities Desired Clinical/Pharma industry experience advantageous Familiarity with Siebel eClinical or other CTMS system Storyboarding experience a plus BS degree in Computer Science or related field CBAP certification and experience with Agile methods a plus
