C#, ASP.NET, AJAX Developer

Description The Human Resources area has initiated a series of projects to build out a central repository for workforce data. These projects will provide common integration for HR systems and a SQL Server data warehouse to facilitate improved reporting. This developer will be responsible for designing, building, and testing a variety of C#, ASP.NET, and AJAX components, according to the established architectural standards. The user interface for exposing the workforce data is a critical component of the project, so significant experience with user interface design is imperative. Good communication and documentation skills are required. This position has the potential to be a longterm role, even a possible hire. Basic Qualifications Bachelor of Computer Science or related discipline 5+ years in IT 3+ years developing user interfaces Ability to design and develop .NET components, including ASP.NET pages, C# programs, and Web Services Experience with AJAX Ability to communicate effectively with diagrams and design documents Desired Qualifications Experience with IIS Experience with a SDLC methodology Experience with performance tuning on SQL Server Ability to work in a team environment to solve complex problems Experience with large enterprise systems/data warehouses Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
