Skills & Experience Must have overall 10 years of IT experience. Must have recent banking, financial services, capital markets, or investment management experience. Must be focused on interactive components using the new JavaScript / Ajax components (e.g. JSON, ExtJS, JQuery, YUI, GWT, etc.) Strong creative problem solving skills Strong Visual Design / User Interface skills (5+ years) Strong JavaScript/Web 2.0/AJAX experience (e.g. JSON, ExtJS, JQuery, YUI, GWT, etc.) ( 35+ years) Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Design and Development ( 3+ years) J2EE Experience (23+)
