Description
Standard BA job requirements/expectation document, including Ability to understand and articulate complex and detailed business processes. Capturing and documenting business requirements and turning them into system requirements. Ability to understand articulate business process in IT terms, to pass information to a SA Comfortable working with customers at all levels of the organization Excellent documentation and communication skills Experience developing software in a quality environment (preferred) Ability to understand and articulate complex and detailed business processes. Experience in Contracts and Pricing would be a plus, but not a requirement. Beyond the BA role, the persons need to be able to Handle desktop support requests Trouble shoot and resolve customer issues Escalate and work with groups across the organization on issue resolution Experience supporting Windows (XP & 7 (preferred)), MS Office (2003 & 2017 preferred) Experience working with Remedy or similar issue management system Experience with or supporting MS Access (preferred) Experience with or supporting MS SQL (preferred)
