Description

RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop test cases, test plans and test strategies Perform manual testing through all phases of development life cycle (Functional testing, regression/integration testing) using a combination of blackbox and gray box testing methodsProvide QA estimate, test status and risk assessment on assigned testing areasDocument, research, and communicate defects discovered during test execution Work closely with development and product team to understand the features, to articulate problems found and to influence the design and functionality of our productsContribute to product and process improvements and refinement of QA practices Experience on testing Windows based Java applications or webbased applications Excellent communication and documentation skillsExcellent software/system troubleshooting skillsExperience with bug tracking toolsExperience with MS SQL or OracleFamiliar with any of the programming language at least at the concepts level (Java) Capable of multitaskingMinimum 5+ years QA experience with solid understanding and experience in SOA methodologies, techniques and approachesUI automationPerformance testingKnowledge of Jira, Badboy, Marathon and Neoload toolsAgile development experienceBS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
