Job Description Work with a team of business analysts responsible for the overall requirements deliverable on theHCSC Behavioral Health and Alineo Project.Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements based on assigned project workstreams.Define and manage requirement sets throughout the project lifecycleProvide traceability across the project lifecycle, tracking requirements status, managing changes toRequirements and versions of requirement specifications, and tracing individual requirements to other project phases and work products.Required Skills Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration with 3 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis OR 5 years experience in project management, method analysis, or operations/systems analysis. Experience with multiple full lifecycle process and software projects with strong understanding of how each phase fits into the overall lifecycle. Experience in using requirements management tools, such as IBM's RequisitePro, RequisiteWeb, or HP Quality Center. Experience with business modeling tools and various methodologies/frameworks. Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the facilitation process and leadership skillsAdditional responsibilities 1. Work as a liaison among stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies for one or many information systems.2. Define and document business, user, functional, and system requirements using appropriate documentation techniques to describe statements of the goals, objectives, or needs of a particular stakeholder or group of stakeholders (on projects of high complexity).3. Work with business partners within multiple business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.4. Translate highlevel business requirements into functional specifications for the IT organization and manage changes to such specifications.5. Obtain consensus by facilitating communication between business unit(s) and IT from initial requirements to final implementation.6. Provide estimates for project management and change management activities through analysis of requirements effort, resources, and technology.7. Participate in formulating and defining system solutions and objectives, based on user needs and a thorough understanding of business processes.
