FTP Voyager file movement/management MKS/MCPS file version control Omniture web site analytics tool Watchfire web site health tool Knowledge of any/all web development language html, coldfusion, java, .net, etc.. Snagit Screen prints MS Visio Web site or data flow diagrams Kana Automated response system Databases Oracle and MS Sql 1. The position requires knowledge of all aspects of eMarketing including web site mechanics and technologies, technical trouble shooting skills, a clientfocused attitude, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. 2. Previous web development experience in multiple development languages is a plus, knowledge and understanding of relational database design and development, including web site/database connectivity is desired. 3. Knowledge of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and web site analytics like Omniture is desirable. 4. Previous experience creating and executing software quality test plans and protocols and validation experience is a plus. 5. Ability to keep informed of current and upcoming technologies and eMarketing opportunities, including web 3.0 is key. (i.e. social networks, smart phone applications, twitter etc.) The successful candidate must possess strong interest in learning and understanding the business; resultsoriented focus; excellent client interaction skills; the ability to execute in a processoriented environment with attention to detail; ability to handle multiple projects or requests simultaneously; the ability to prioritize work effectively; and the ability to work under hard deadlines.
