Description

This resource should have the following skill sets knowledge of JMS and specifically knowledge of the TIBCO EMS product. a working knowledge of the computer operating systems used in the messaging infrastructure which includes primarily Linux but also SUN Solaris and HP Unix. the ability to understand Java and/or C++ code and the key programming considerations for coding for a JMS publish/subscribe infrastructure (such as Message Driven Bean usage). Specific/detailed knowledge of the usage of the Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) used by applications to interface with the messaging infrastructure is required Knowledge Requirements Knowledge of JMS and specifically knowledge of the TIBCO EMS product. (needs strong experience using, implementing and configuring this product.) Knowledge of messaging design patterns (P2P, Pub Sub, Topics Vs Queues, Routing, etc) Working knowledge of Linux Scripting knowledge with sh, perl (optional) the ability to gather and document application and specifically messaging requirements the ability to transfer requirements into a messaging design that corresponds to the application design of both publishing and subscribing applications. Experience with TIBCO RV and IBM Websphere MQ product would also beneficial. Strong communication skills will be required to attend requirement and project meetings via conference calls. Reporting of project status is very important.
