Responsibilities Studying the marketplace, competitors and their work Preparing new business approaches Managing projects, accounts and staff in accordance to the budget Composing, reviewing and evaluating of the brand equities Maintaining the high quality of creativity and production Collaborating with the creative directors to develop expectations and standardRequirements 10 years of experience in graphic design agency or inhouse experience Understanding of 2D and 3D conceptual elements Development and implementation of business plans Presentation skills, speechwriting experience Customer service experience, handling complaints Bachelor's degree (BFA) in Graphic Design
