Program Manager

Description

This position plays a key role in CFG's approach to the Investment and Development methodologies and tools improvements program. The work involves leading .the planning, requirements, development and rollout/adoption phases of this program. Specifically, this role will support the Senior Vice President PMO including but not limited to program scope, financial management, schedule, stakeholder engagement, and ultimately, the program outcomes. The timelines for this program are aggressive and the work is considered high profile, so we are looking for a seasoned consultant who can ramp up quickly and begin driving work forward effectively. Must be able to play multiple roles within the Program Management discipline strong hands on individual contributor, leader/influencer, and effective manager comfortable working in highly matrixed technology and business organizations Experience successfully delivering large scale change initiatives (integrated business and technology solutions) is required (scale (rollout to 1000 people). Minimum 5 years of experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Must be able to produce Executive level Power Point presentations as well as presentations that teach Experience with Project Portfolio Management methodologies/processes and tools required Planview preferred
