Description
This position requires the incumbent to be well rounded in all facets of systems administration and possess the ability to quickly assess and take ownership of a situation with a commitment to work until a resolution is found. Candidate MUST have the ability to provide first and second level support and administration for process control and other related systems. A candidate with significant handson experience (1) supporting Multiple Citrix Farms in a complex user environment (2) Secure Gateways and RSA 2 factor authentication is desired. Experience with upgrading 4.5 to XenApp 5.0 is a plus. Additional responsibilities could involve Windows 2003 and 2018 Active Directory administration, Linux system administration, technical writing, documentation, security assessments, vulnerability assessments or other related activities. Candidate MUST be able to work independently in a team environment with minimal supervision. Candidate MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to communicate clearly with all levels of the organization, both IT savvy and nonIT type personnel.
